Smiling after our first (and only night) in our cabin. The cabin kinda scared Alexander so he ended up sleeping with Mom most of the night. I guess we'll have to try again when he gets a little older.
Cuddled up with DadEvery year our staff team puts on an International Student Retreat called Discovery at Camp Hanes in NC. Well this year Alexander got to go for the first time. We all slept in a cabin together and it was quite an adventure considering Alexander was pretty much terrified the whole time. I guess we have a long way to go before he begins Boy Scouts one day! On another note, he did love being with all of his friends at the conference.

Well Karen, lets face it, we didn't like camping at first either, yuck remember camp Graham! But I am sure he will fall in love with it when he is at the right place at the right time, like the wonderful haven of Rockfish... and p.s. are you thinking about putting bunkbeds in your house haha
