Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day!  This year we celebrated with my family in Raleigh and it was perfect.  As most of you know my mom passed away nearly 10 years ago when I was in college, ever since I have struggled with this day.  But this year as I watched my beautiful children play with my aunts (my mom's sisters) and grandmother (my mom's mother) I felt a wonderful sense of peace.  I am grateful to be a part of a family with strong and loving women who love me as their own daughter.
