Alexander inspects Elijah's toes while Nana admires the new love of her life.
Elijah Michael Howe joined our family today! After nearly 30 hours of labor (all but the final hour was at home), we are relieved, grateful, and thrilled about this new life. Thanks to all who have been praying for us - the delivery went smoothly, and Elijah appears to be healthy and strong. We'll post more pictures here over the next few days and weeks!

CONGRATULATIONS! Just got home from our trip and one of the first things I did was pull up your site to learn of the beautiful addition!! I cant wait to hold him and give him many squeezes! So glad that you are now a happy family of four and look forward to catching up soon. Elijah is so so precious!!

I don't consider new born babies as quite aesthetic cuz they are blue and reptile-like... but Elijah seems quite alright :) It's a good thing indeed!!! You guys are such a beautiful family in this world. blessings,
